Green Spring Extension Master Gardeners (GSEMG) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, sponsored by the Fairfax County Office of Virginia Cooperative Extension (VCE). GSEMG is hosted by the Fairfax County Park Authority at Green Spring Gardens.

Since 2002, we have trained nearly 600 volunteers as Master Gardeners. We share a common goal - to promote Ecosavvy Gardening. Watch the Video - Green Spring Master Gardeners, created in 2018. Much of the information still applies. GSEMG became an independent non-profit in 2024. We continue to work closely with VCE and Green Spring Gardens.
